TX Club Wellness Hong Kong ("TX Club") owns and operates the website tensilax.com ("this Website"). This document governs your relationship with our Website. The terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms"), including all pages on this Website, shall govern your use of this Website. These Terms apply fully and effectively to your use of this Website, and by visiting this Website, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Reservation and Booking
  1. You must make an appointment before using TX Club's services. TX Club reserves the right to make the final decision on appointment arrangements. 
  2. If you request cancellation or modification of your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, TX Club reserves the right to deduct all related fees for that appointment. 
  3. To avoid affecting other people's waiting times, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Tensilax reserves the right to shorten, postpone, or cancel your appointment and deduct all related fees for that appointment.
  4. If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. You must contact Tensilax directly to inquire about appointment changes.
Guidelines and Advice
  1. To achieve the best results, TX Club coaches/ therapists and staff will provide you with reasonable service guidance and advice, including service items, content, and methods, with your health and safety as the ultimate priority. Please be sure to accept this guidance and advice before, during, and after each service. If TX Club deems a service and/or product unsuitable for you, TX Club reserves the right to refuse to provide the relevant service and/or product.
  2. When receiving services, Tensilax has the right to ask you to show your ID card in order to verify and ensure your identity.

  1. TX Club reserves the right to make temporary or permanent revisions or interruptions to this website or any part thereof (including prices) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any revisions, suspensions or interruptions to this website or any part thereof. In case of any dispute, TX Club reserves the right to the final interpretation of this code of conduct.

You agree to receive any agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications (hereinafter referred to as "Notices") issued by TX Club electronically (including but not limited to those sent via email or posted on this website) relating to these Terms. You agree that all Notices provided to you electronically by TX Club comply with any legal requirement for written communication.
