A: This device operates at around 70V. The key factor is the pulse width, which determines the depth and effectiveness of the stimulation. During use, the pulse duration ranges from 350–400 ms/μs. If it exceeds 500 ms/μs, it may deviate from the intended fitness purpose.

A: Each session is recommended to stay under 20 minutes, with a maximum of 25 minutes, which is sufficient to address muscle deficiencies.
